RP-HPLC method, using Hypersil C18 column as the analytical column, using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase binary gradient elution method, detection wavelength was 201 nm, flow rate of 1 ml * min-1. Results Jujuboside A at 50.01 ~ 198.2 μ g * ml-1 and the peak area showed good linear relationship (r = 0 .999 8, n = 5), the average recovery was 99.41%; Jujuboside B at 66.25 ~ 209.0μ g * ml-1 and the peak area showed good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8, n = 5), the average recovery was 99.34%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reproducible for Suanzaoren particles Jujuboside A and Jujuboside B, quantitative analysis. MethodsAn RP-HPLC method was set up with Hypersil 18 column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water, and a gradient elution program was applied. The DAD detector was set at 201 nm. ResultsThe calibration curve of Jujubaside A was linear in the range of 50.01 ~ 198.2 μ g * ml-1, the average recovery was 99.41%; the calibration curve of Jujubaside B was linear in the range of 66.25 ~ 209.0μ g * ml-1, the average recovery was 99.34%. ConclusionThe method is appropriate for the determination of Jujubaside A and Jujubaside B.
