Risk assessment form two pressure sores in elderly patients with bedsores Comparison of predicted results
[Abstract] Objective To measure and compare the Waterlow pressure sore risk assessment form and the Braden pressure sore risk assessment form revised in elderly patients with bedsores prediction. Methods 232 cases of hospitalized elderly patients, application of the two scales of the continuous assessment of each patient, analysis critical value of different sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value. Results Braden pressure sore risk assessment form revised edition is divided into the critical value of 19, Waterlow pressure sore risk assessment form is divided into the critical value of 15 the sensitivity, specificity the positive predictive value, negative predictive value of indicators to achieve a better balance between, and the Waterlow pressure sore risk assessment form is greater than the index revision Braden pressure sore risk assessment form; Waterlow pressure sore risk assessment form revised the ROC area under the curve slightly higher than the Braden pressure sore risk assessment form revised. Conclusion Braden revision tables and Waterlow pressure sore risk assessment pressure sore risk assessment table has better prediction results, particularly in the Waterlow revision better results.

[Abstract] Objective To measure and to compare the predictive effect between Waterlow pressure sore risk assessment scale and revised Braden pressure sore risk assessment scale among aged inpatients. Methods A total of 232 aged inpatients were scored respectively by adopting above two different scales. Then the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of different critical values were analyzed. Results It showed a better balance among indexes of the sensitivity, specificity, positiv
