Methods The rabbits’ plasma was pretreated by precipitating with acetonitrile. DiamonsolTM C18 column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol, water and phosphate (55:45:0.2). The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, and the UV detection was set at 277 nm. Benzoic acid was used as internal standard. Results The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 1 ~ 50μ g / mL (r = 0  9993). The within  day and between  day RSD were within 2.8% and 4.0% respectively, relative recovery rate and extraction recovery rate were 95.5% and 62.3% respectively.Conclusions The method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of concentration of plasma and the study of pharmacokinetics.
