Ways to TA2 transplanted breast cancer in mice as a research object, to give 50% SDT and fed, and given chemotherapy to mouse weight, tumor weight and spleen B lymphocytes, T lymphocyte proliferation index, IL  6, TNF  α, IL  2 indicators as an observer. Results 50% SDT can significantly improve the general condition of tumor-bearing mice, inhibited tumor growth; markedly enhanced the proliferation of splenic T lymphocytes, and regulate the proliferation of B lymphocytes, tumor-bearing mice significantly increased spleen cells IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α secretion. Conclusion SDT can inhibit tumor growth in vivo and reduce chemotherapy drugs on the body’s immune injury. MethodsTA2 mice were randomly divided into four groups after vaccination of MA737 tumor tissue (named control, 50% SDT, CMF, CMF 50% SDT). The weight, tumor weight, spleen cell proliferation, IL  6, IL  2 and TNF  α were measured.ResultsThe results showed that 50% SDT inhibited the growth of the tumor. 50% SDT also enhanced the level of T lymphocyte proliferation and regulated the level of B lymphocyte proliferation and promoted the spontaneously secrete and stimulated secrete of IL  6, IL  2 and TNF  α in spleen cells.ConclusionSDT can inhibit tumor growth and lessen the damage of immunity caused by chemotherapy.
