What should I do ? You should/ could……等句型。 三．教材分析 本课谈论的主题 Topic 是“发表意见 advice ”,其功能项目是 “Talk about problems ” 和 “Give advice??”,目标语言是要求 学生学会使用“What should I do?”来寻求帮助，以及使用“You could/should ……来给出建议。 四．教学方法 视听教学法，任务型教学法 五．教学重点 1. 词汇和短语：want me to stay at home, argue with sb., out of style, write sb. a letter, call sb. up, talk on the phone, a ticket to a ball game. 2.?目标语言：What’s wrong with sb.? What should I do? You should/could…… 六．教学过程 Step 1. Greeting and revision 1. The teacher and the students greet each other. 2. Revise the key words by dictation. Step2.Presentation. show a picture of a girl who is ill, then the teacher asks:“What’s wrong with the girl? Students answer: “She is ill.” Then write the words could,should and shouldnt on the blackboard. T: What should she do? S: She should see a doctor. Then show other more problems and advice ,and make students practice conversations with their partners. Ask the students to read through the problem in 1a and teach the new words and the new phrases:?argue with,out of style and so on. Summary Should意为应该，用来提出建议。同类型的词还有： could , shouldn’t ,couldn’t经常是用来给出建议。区别： 用could给出建议一般是指自己不太肯定，或者只是很多建议中的某一个，尽供参考；而should就是自己很肯定的或唯一的最好的一个建议。 Step 3. Practice 1. Put the students into groups of four and discuss which problem they think are the most serious. 2. Make and practice dialogues using the following sentence patterns. A:? Whats? wrong ? B:?…… A:Maybe you should/ could…… make some groups act out their dialogues in front of the class. Step 4. Listening 1. Play the recording (1a ) the first time for the students to listen. 2.
