 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 14 中医九种体质与心理健康 摘要：体质是追随人一生的东西，它会随着人体阴阳和生理的变化而变化。心理是人的精神（《灵枢·本神》[1]曰：“故生之来谓之精，两精相搏谓之神”，在中医理论中，广义的神泛指一切人体生命活动；狭义的神，乃指人的精神、意识、思维活动，可以说神就是精神）活动，体质是人的生理指标，是心理的物质基础，心理会反作用于生理。体质是人生理的一面明镜，当体质慢慢发生偏颇时，那么，建立在体质上的心理活动，也会慢慢由健康，走向不健康。在心理咨询过程中，来访者如果体质发生偏颇，首先通过中医进行调理治疗，解决心理问题存在发生发展的环境问题。两者结合，很容易解决来访者的心理问题。被发现的问题都不是问题，没被发现的问题才是致命的问题。解决问题，找到原因很重要。例如：体质偏颇引起的心理问题，要找到体质偏颇的真正的原因才能彻底解决问题。 关键词：中医; 九种体质; 心理; 健康; TCM nine kinds of physical and mental health Abstract:Physique is something to follow a persons life , it will be with the body s yin and yang and physiological changes. In the counseling process, the visitors happen if the constitution biased , first by Chinese medicine conditioning treatment , psychological problems to solve environmental problems of development. A combination of both , it is easy to solve visitors psychological problems. The problem is not a problem is found , the problem is not found in the fatal problem .
