学兔兔 !兰墨 二三Z鱼 轴承 2011年1O期 CN4l一1148／TH Bearing 2011，No．10 ．．I试验与分析 风电轴承多工况试验载荷谱的编制 陈观慈，贾平，毛范海，孙守林 (大连理工大学 机械工程学院，大连 116024) 摘要：首先采用雨流计数法统计分析单一工况载荷幅值、均值的循环作用次数，根据相关系数优化法得到单一 工况载荷幅值的概率分布函数，同时通过波动中心方法获得单一工况载荷均值的波动中心；再采用加权方式确 定多工况载荷幅值的复合概率分布函数以及载荷均值的总波动中心。将载荷幅值作用次数扩展为l0 次，进 而得到载荷幅值不等距8级载荷谱，将该幅值的8级载荷谱叠加于均值的总波动中心编制成风电轴承多工况 试验载荷谱。试验载荷谱既保留了多工况原始工作载荷的母体特性，又使轴承的试验加载成为可能。 关键词：风电轴承；载荷谱；雨流计数；多工况载荷 中图分类号：TH133．33；TH701 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1000—3762(2011)10—0021—05 Compilation of Load Spectrum for Wind Turbine Bearing Test Under Multi——operating Loads CHEN Guan—ci，JIA Ping，MAO Fan—hai，SUN Shou—lin (School of Mechanical Engineering，Dalian University of Technology，Dalian 1 16024，China) Abstract：Firstly，the multi—operating loads are analyzed by rain flow counting method，and the amplitude and mean with corresponding cycles of each operating load are obtained．Secondly，the probability distribution function of the am— plitude of each operating load is inferred by optimizing correlation coefficient，and the mean S wave center of each oper- ating load is calculated．Then the combined probability distribution function and main wave center of multi—operating loads are determined by weighted coefficient．The cycles of the anaplitude are expanded to 10。，then the eight levels and unequally spaced intervals load spectrum of the amplitude is compiled，and the final load spectrum of wind turbine bearing with muhi—operating loads is got by adding the amplitude to the main wave center．The final load spectrum keeps characters of the multi—operating loads． Key words：wind turbine bearing；load spectrum；rain flow counting；multi—operating load 通过
