Method of restriction display-PCR (Restriction Display PCR, RD  PCR) analysis of gene expression changes, using the Internet to provide the GenBank DNA database analysis of differential expression than the right to obtain sequence. The results obtained 14 differentially expressed sequences, of which 6 is the control group expressed sequence, 8 is the experimental group was highly expressed sequence. Conclusions RD  PCR technology can be quickly and easily analyze drug-induced changes in gene expression.
