The results showed that: 6 patients with clinical drugs belong to the β-lactam; hospitalized patients with WBC, TB, DB, Glu abnormal test results, erythrocyte DAT test results were positive, IAT test results were negative; the DAT-positive red blood cells to complement fixation test, the result is negative; smears see the part of the granular material and attached to the surface of red blood cells, cell culture, see part of the red blood cells are white blood cell recognition, adhesion; switch to other antibiotics, patients of the above tests returned to normal within the framework of indicators, DAT test results became negative. Conclusion: β-lactam antibiotics in patients with hemolytic anemia caused by the reason may be that certain protein in red blood cell surface of non-specific adsorption of these substances is likely to lead to the patients the direct cause of drug-induced hemolysis.
