某乡镇清明节期间森林防火广播稿（宣传稿）（公告） 全镇广大干部群众、同志们、朋友们： 清明节是我国的传统节日，清明前后是上坟祭祖的传统时段，但也是山林火灾多发季节。坟前烧纸钱、蜡烛、香火、放鞭炮等极易引起山林火灾，每年各地都有惨痛的教训。为了切实加强当前森林防火工作，确保森林资源和人民生命财产安全，在此镇政府向你们发出倡议，大家行动起来，共同制止烧纸钱、点香烛、放鞭炮上坟祭祖的旧陋习，提倡植树献花文明祭祖新风尚，进入林区不携带火种，不野外用火，杜绝一切火灾隐患，让青山常绿，让绿水长流。 同时，今年清明节镇政府按照市政府要求加强了森林防火措施，在全镇开展了声势浩大的森林防火宣传。自3月27日开始，已在全镇开展禁止销售、收缴烟花爆竹、迷信用品专项行动，并在镇区集市日、绚珠村、勤勇村、康谷、岭根集市日进行全面清查、收缴烟花爆竹、迷信用品，直至防火戒严期结束，并落实各村派人上山巡查。清明前后将在各进山道口设卡收缴烟花爆竹、迷信用品、火种，对不服从管理，寻衅滋事、闹事者，交由公安部门从重从快处理；对违规进行野外用火，未引起山林火灾者，处500元罚款；引起火灾构成犯罪的，交由司法机关依法追究刑事责任。 希望全镇广大干部群众、同志们、朋友们自己带头文明祭祖，上坟不带香蜡烛、纸钱、鞭炮，并通过你们，带动身边的人也文明祭祖。森林防火是大家的共同责任。最后真诚的祝大家： 全家幸福！身体健康！万事如意！ Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
