汇南小学家访要求 汇南小学家访要求 为提高家访效率，密切学校与社会、教师与家长、教师与学生的关系，了解学生、了解家长，以便有的放矢地教育学生，特提出以下家访要求： 1、正副班主任分工合作，有计划地完成期末家访。 2、家访学生数不少于三分之一。 3、家访内容可以参考以下： （1）介绍学生在校表现和学习情况。（如进步、退步、偶发事件、思想变化等方面） （2）了解学生在家表现和学习情况。（如家庭的结构、成长环境、家庭教育、学习习惯和生活习惯。还有个性特点、情绪变化、劳动表现、生活作风等情况。） （3）征求家长对学校教育的意见和要求。 （4）提出希望家长配合教育的几个方面。 ①督促子女完成家庭作业（平时）。合理安排寒暑假，注意所看电视的内容与时间。 ②支持子女动手制作玩具类的东西，培养孩子的动手动脑能力。 ③注意对子女进行正确的安全教育。（不在公路上、铁轨玩耍或骑自行车；不玩危险性游戏、不玩火、玩电器；不进网吧、电子游戏厅、台球室等） ④要多让子女帮助做些家务。 ⑤关注孩子的变化，看教育报刊、杂志。 ⑥注意培养子女良好的品质（讲卫生、诚信；自信、乐观等） （5）回答家长提出的有关问题。（注意语气和策略） 4、家访要有记录。 5、注意事项： （1）家访前，要做好充分准备，明确谈话中心，考虑恰当的谈话内容，并做好记录。 （2）家访时，要全面客观地评价学生，不能只讲缺点和不足，把家访变成“告状”，造成学生及家长的反感。谈话的态度要诚恳、耐心，形成和谐融洽的气氛，使家长感到教师对学生的爱护和关怀。 （3）家访时，应如实填写家访记录表，并让学生家长写好意见及签名。 （4）根据记录本记录情况和家长反馈，对家访效果给予评价。 汇南小学 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
