鼻咽通气管无创通气中的应用 作者：联系地址： 邮箱：@126.com 电话： 鼻咽通气管无创通气中的应用 ， （雅安市中医医院，四川 雅安 625000 中图分类号：R.42；R.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号 摘要：目的 探讨鼻咽通气管中的应用价值。方法 将2014年月至2014年月住院行患者64例随机分为A、B两组，采用相同的设备和方法B组患者实施NIV前置入6.0～6.5号鼻咽通气管，A组患者不作特殊处理，比较两组患者NIV治疗前及治疗血气分析指标。结果 两组患者实施NIV后的SaO2、动脉血、PaO2/FiO2均分别较实施NIV前显著改善，各组内比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)且B组患者PaO2/FiO2改善更为显著，与A组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)， SaO2、动脉血两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 在实施NIV的患者中置入鼻咽通气管能有效提高NIV有效性，。 关键词：无创通气；鼻咽通气管 Application of nasopharyngeal airway during noninvasive ventilation in elderly patients underdoing lower limb orthopedic surgery. QIN Zhi-jun, LUO Yi, YANG Yi, HE Tao,CHEN Hong-wen.( Traditional China Medical Hospital of Yaan, Yaan, Sichuan, 625000, China. ) Abstract Objective To investigate the values of nasopharyngeal airway in elderly patients suffered lower limb orthopedic surgery who received non-invasive ventilation(NIV) therapy. Methods 64 inpatients undergoing elective orthopedic surgery of lower limbs were allocated randomly to 2 groups, group B were placed in nasopharyngeal airway before NIV and asopharyngeal airway was not placed in group A. All patients were treated with the same equipment and methods in the process of implementation of NIV. Record and compare the indicators of blood gas analysis before NIV and 60min after treatment. Results Arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2), arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2) and PaO2/FiO2 have significantly improved compared with before treatment in all patienrs(P＜0.05).
