继续医学教育2013 年8 月第27 卷第8 期 Continuing Medical Education ,Aug 2013 ,Vol. 27 ,No._8 . 65 • 发达国家全科医生持续职业发展教育模式的 启示与思考 陈锐，崔树起，路孝琴，郭爱民晶 (首都医科大学全科医学与继续教育学院阳阳的 I 摘要] 自 1988 年我国引人全科医学概念以来，在国家一系列相关政策的推动下，全科医学在校教 育、毕业后教育已逐步规范化，如规定医学院校本科阶段需开设全科医学相关课程，制定、印发全科医 生规范化培训标准、助理全科医生培养标准等，而对于全科医学继续教育尚没有专项的政策。 2012 年 12 月 31 日，卫生部印发了《卫生部关于加强十二五期间继续医学教育工作的指导意见)，体现了政 府对卫生专业人员继续教育的重视。将部分发达国家的全科医学继续教育模式与我国全科医学继续 教育模式进行了比较，在课程设置、管理模式、质量控制方面提出了建议，希望借此为我国建立全科医 学继续教育相关政策和实施方案提供参考。 [关键词】 全科医学;持续职业发展;探索 [中图分类号]R197 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1ω4-ó763 ( 2013 ) 08伽5.04 DOI:IO. 3969/1.
