Case Report: A 19-year-old male with the diagnosis of syncope, tachycardia with arrhythmia, and chest pain was referred to the University Clinic of Cardiology for the echocardiography. Transthoracic echocardiography showed bicuspid aortic valve with normal left ventricular (LV) dimensions and normal systolic function.
