Detrmined movements by means of using the geodetic terrestrial or satellite navigation technologies give informations about displacements in a concrete time information on the base of repeated geodetic measurements in the concrete time intervals (epochs). Level deformation investigation of the point of the monitoring station stabled in the fill slope territory Ko?ická Nová Ves is the main task of the presented paper. Level measurements are realized in autumn 2000 (the epoch 200.9) - it is considered as the first epoch of the deformation measurement, and in spring 2001 (the epoch 2001.3) – it is considered as the second epoch of the deformation measurement. Key words: 1D deformations, landslides, levelling, teststatistics. úvod Doteraj?ie vyskumy potvrdzujú, ?e zosuvy a iné formy svahovych pohybov vznikajú na územiach, kde sú vytvorené vhodné podmienky pre ich vznik (príkre svahy, násypy a pod.). Zosuvy predstavujú latentné nebezpe?enstvo pre v?etky plánované a realizované stavby a tieto územia sú málo odolné proti p?sobeniu prírodnych a antropogénnych faktorov. Náchylnos? svahu k zosúvaniu je daná geologickou ?truktúrou, vlastnos?ami hornín, hydrogeologickymi pomermi a stavom morfologického vyvoja územia. Presná diagnóza územia umo?ňuje pozna? stupeň nebezpe?ia a navrhnú? ú?elné zabezpe?enie svahu. Rozmanitos? svahovych pohybov je podmienená nielen geologickou ?truktúrou, ale tie? r?znymi faktormi, k
