辽宁工程技术大学 科技方法训练 PAGE  PAGE I 摘 要 国内是用的颚式破碎机类型很多，但常见的还是传统的复摆颚式破碎机。复摆颚式破碎机的出现已有140多年的历史，经过人们长期的实践和不断完善与改进，其结构形式和机构参数日渐合理，结构简单、容易制造、工作可靠、维修方便，故在冶金、矿山、建材、化工、煤炭等行业应用非常广泛。随着现代化的发展，各工业部门对破碎石的需求进一步增长，研究复摆颚式破碎机具有极其重要的意义。从破碎机的现状来看，国内产品的机重高于国外，而且颚式破碎机的设计目前仍偏重于经验方法。随着计算方法与计算机技术的发展，在满足强度、刚度以及安全性能的前提下，对动颚结构设计进行优化，以减轻机重是一个可行的解决方案。我的论文中主要研究复摆颚式破碎机的结构、工作原理、磨损及应用。 关键词：复摆鄂式破碎机；结构；应用 PAGE II Abstract Is a type of jaw crusher is used for a wide variety of domestic, but common or traditional compound pendulum jaw crusher. In my thesis mainly studies the structure, working principle of compound pendulum jaw crusher, wear and application.
