青海民族大学学报(教育科学版) JOURNAL OF QINGHAI NATIONALITIES UNIVERSITY ( Education Science Edition) N02.2011 2011 年第2 期 文章编号:1674 -9235(2011 )02 -01创 -03 刑法仿论本制教学改革探索 张秀玲 (内蒙古大学法学院，内蒙古呼和浩特01∞21) 摘 要:在刑法学中，刑法分i仑的知识容量很大，而且，相关刑法分论教材的编排一般都为公式般的内容。对此，在一个 课时有限的学期内，法学本科生如何能够将刑法分论的知识真正地予以吸纳、掌握，就成为一个现实的亟待需要解决的问题。 笔者在刑法学的教学实践中，逐渐形成了→套行之有效的刑法分论的教学方法，即重新编排传统刑法分论教材、典型罪名的 选择和精讲、注重辅助性教学方式、注重培养学生自身学习刑法的能力等。这比刑法分论教学改革方法在刑法学的教学实践 中改变了过去呆板、单调、低效的讲授方式，激发了学生学习刑法的兴趣和积极性，活跃了课堂气氛，促进了刑法学的教学互 动和教学相长。 关键词:刑法学;刑法分论:本科教学 Criminal Law Refonn of Undergraduate Education ZHANG Xiu-Ling ( Department of Law ,Inner Mongolia University , Hohhot Inner Mangolia 01∞21 ， China) Abstract: among the teaching of science of criminal law , law undergraduates how ωbe ahle to really be onωahω，rb the knowl- edge has become a real problem to be 801ved urgently.
