Abstract
Background:Inthetrainingofhealthcareprofessionals,oneoftheadvantagesofcommunicationtrainingwith
simulatedpatients(SPs)istheSP’sabilitytoprovidedirectfeedbacktostudentsafterasimulatedclinical
encounter.ThequalityofSPfeedbackmustbemonitored,especiallybecauseitiswellknownthatfeedbackcan
haveaprofoundeffectonstudentperformance.Duetothecurrentlackofvalidandreliab
