　　基于疾病中医证候分类的中药药效评价研究思路和方法 作者：吕爱平, 刘学文, 丁晓蓉 【摘要】 中药的临床应用建立在辨证的基础上，因此其药效评价也应该建立在中医证候分类的基础之上。通过药效学实验阐明中药 治疗 疾病的药效作用特点及其机制，揭示中药作用机制的 科学 内涵，是中药 现代 化和国际化的必然要求，也是探索药物作用靶点，指导临床合理用药的关键所在。如何利用成熟疾病动物模型，并明确其证候特征，是中药药效评价载体研究的关键问题。随着生物医学的 发展 ，通过研究疾病动物模型的生物学指标有可能分析得出该疾病动物模型的证候特性。利用以方测证方法，建立针对该疾病常见证候类型且临床验证有效的中药干预疾病动物模型，并将治疗有效的动物作为体现相应证候特征的动物模型，通过探寻其现代生物学基础，确立相应的中医证候特征相关指标，从而明确疾病动物模型的证候特征，是建立适合辨证论治中药药效评价动物模型的重要途径。建立基于中医证候分类的中药药效评价研究方法，将有助于从中医理论出发提高我国中药研发水平。 【关键词】 中药; 治疗效果; 证候; 模型, 动物 The first role of drug is to treat diseases.
