女贞子及其有效成分延缓衰老作用的研究进展 刘静，赵海霞，袁丁，张长城( （三峡大学医学院，湖北 宜昌 443002) 摘要： 衰老是机体随着年龄增加逐渐出现退行性变化的现象，是生命过程中的必然规律。衰老不能避免，但却可以延缓。探讨延缓衰老的方法，寻找有效延缓衰老的药物，已成为当前医学研究中的热点之一。女贞子是木犀科植物女贞的干燥成熟果实，含有萜类、黄酮类等多种活性成分，具有延缓衰老、免疫调节、改善认知功能等药理作用。已证实，女贞子及其有效成分能通过提高机体抗氧化能力、抗炎、增强免疫功能、抑制细胞凋亡等多种机制延缓衰老。本文综述了近年来女贞子及其有效成分延缓衰老的研究进展，以期为进一步完善女贞子延缓衰老的作用机制提供研究基础，为开发女贞子作为药食同源药材，用于保健品和新药研发提供理论依据和研究思路。 关键词： 女贞子；衰老；抗氧化；抗炎；免疫调节；细胞凋亡；认知功能 Research advances of FructusLigustriLucidi and its effective components on delaying aging LIU Jing, ZHAO Haixia, YUAN Ding, ZHANG Changcheng* (Medical College of China Three Gorge University, Yichang 443002 Hubei, China) Abstract: Aging is a cascade of degenerative changes of with growing age, it is an inevitable law of life process. Aging cannot be avoided, but it can delay. Finding the methods and the effective drugs to delaying aging, has become one of the hot issues in current medical. FructusLigustriLucidi is the dried ripen fruit of LigustrumlucidumAit, contains terpenoids, flavonoids and other kinds active ingredient, has delay aging, immuneregulation, improving cognitive function and other pharmacological effects. It has been confirmed that FructusLigustriLucidi and its active ingredients play roles in delaying aging by increasing antioxidant, anti-inflammation, and enhancing immune function, inhibiting cell apoptosis, etc. In this review, the advances in research on delaying aging of FructusLigustriLucidi and its effective components were summarized, which provide a basis for further research to improve the mechanism of delaying aging of FructusLigustriLucidi. These considerations provide the further development of FructusLigustriLucidi as a medicinal and edible herb, and provide a theoretical basis and research ideas for health products and drug development.
