摘 要 发动机是将某一种形式的能量转化为机械能的一种机器，其功能是将气体的化学能通过燃烧后转化为热能再把热能通过在活塞缸中的膨胀作用在活塞上对外输出转化为机械能。汽车的动力来自于发动机，发动机是汽车的心脏。汽车发动机作为汽车的核心部分是一个汽车的灵魂。汽车发动机的好坏直接影响到汽车的价值与功能。大众汽车作为汽车产业中一个分支在汽车行业里有着举足轻重的作用。汽车电子控制系统的集成化程度越来越高，已成为当今世界汽车工业发展的必然趋势。汽车电子化正在逐步成为现代汽车（特别是轿车）的基本特征，发动机电控作为汽车电控中重要一环，为适应日趋严格的排放、安全法规，已受到国内外汽车厂商的高度重视，并得到了空前发展。虽说发动机电子控制系统使汽车的经济性、动力性和排放净化性都达到了一个较高的程度，但该系统结构复杂，使得维修该系统时难度增加。本文通过介绍捷达发动机电控系统的结构、原理、维修注意事项及检修方法。针对汽车电子控制系统自诊断设计中的基本问题，进行了分析和解决，对使用和维护汽车有着很现实的意义。 关键词：电控系统；检修； Abstract The engine is a form of energy conversion for mechanical energy of the machine.
