宪法原则研究 摘要:宪法原则是构成宪法价值共同体的基础,是宪法制度与程序中的价值和理念。宪法原则由民主原则与法治原则组成,本文分别介绍了民主原则、法治原则,最后对两者之间的关系进行了分析。 　　Abstract:The constitution principle constitutes the constitution value community’s foundation, is in the constitution system and the procedure value and the idea.
