学兔兔 化 工 进 展 ·1010· CHEMICAL INDUSTRY AND ENGINEERING PROGRESS 2009年第28卷第6期 聚氨酯增韧环氧灌封材料的制备与表征 白战争 ，一，赵秀丽 ，罗雪方 --，罗世凯 ( 西南科技大学材料科学与工程学院，四川 绵阳621010； 中国工程物理研究院化工材料研究所， 四川 绵阳621900) 摘 要：以异氰酸酯封端的聚氨酯预聚体(PU)与环氧树脂(EP)发生反应，制备了聚氨酯接枝改性环氧灌封材 料。FrlR表明异氰酸酯封端的聚氨酯预聚体与环氧树脂中的仲羟基完全反应，同时考察了活性稀释剂用量对树脂 黏度的影响及固化过程中温度的变化。聚氨酯预聚体的加入，使材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度都有所升高，当聚氨 酯质量分数为5％时，材料的弯曲强度提高了30％，而冲击强度提高了近200％，玻璃化转变温度没有降低，SEM 分析了其增韧机理。 关键词：环氧树脂；聚氨酯预聚体；增韧；互穿聚合物网络 中图分类号：TQ 433．4 37 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1000—6613(2009)06—1010—05 Preparation and characterization of epoxy encapsulating materials toughened by polyurethane BAI Zhanzheng -，ZHA0 Xiuli ，LUO Xuefang ，LUO Shikai (1lngtituteofMaterialsScienceandEngineering，SouthwestUniversityofScienceandTechnology，Mianyang621010， Sichuan，China；2Institute ofChemical Material，China Academy ofEngineering Physics，Mianyang 621900，Sichuan，China) Abstract：Epoxy encapsulating materials grafted and modified with polyurethane(PU)was prepared by reaction of—NCo—-teI11【linalted PU prepolymer with epoxy resin(EP)．The FTIR indicated that the reaction between—-NC0一ten]【linated PU prepolymer and the secondary hydroxy in epoxy resin has completed．Effect of PU content on viscosity of resin and the change of temperature in curing process was investigated．Th e impact strength and flexural strength of materials were all improved by add PU prepolymer content of 5％fmass fraction)，increased 30％and 200％compared with the neat epoxy resin respectively．The glass—transition temperature of materials wasn’
