KMCanalysisdiscoveredthetime-dependentgeneexpressionpatternunderheatstress.Themotifco-occurrenceanalysis onthepromotersofgenesfromanearlyup-regulatedclustershowedtheimportantrolesofGCCbox,HSE,ABRE,andCE3 inresponsetoheatstress.TheregulationmodelcentraltoROScombinedwithtranscriptomeandROSquantificationdata in rice panicle indicated the great importance to maintain ROS balance and the existence of wide cross-talk in heat response.Thepresentstudyincreasedourunderstandingoftheheatresponseinricepanicleandprovidedgoodcandidate genesforcropimprovement.
