低碳贸易壁垒对我国对外贸易的影响及对策分析 摘 要 “低碳经济”一说源于英国政府2003的一份工作文件，后来被被确定为未来的经济发展的风向标。同时，“低碳经济”衍生出“低碳贸易壁垒”也对我国的外贸经济发展产生了重大影响。为了迅速适应这种新型壁垒，保障我国外贸发展的顺利进行，作者对“低碳贸易壁垒”的深入研究，于种种不利中寻找对我国外贸发展的各种契机，击败壁垒，积极提高外贸发展的竞争力，促使我国的对外贸易实现总体实力的提升。 本文共分3章。第一章分析了低碳贸易壁垒的现状和特点，第二章具体阐述了低碳贸易壁垒对我国外贸的影响，第三章针对上述影响提出优化对策。希望此文能够对我国的外贸经济起到积极作用。 关键词：低碳壁垒；对外贸易；低碳经济 The Influence Of Low Carbon Trade Barriers On Chinese Foreign Trade And The Countermeasure Analysis ABSTRACT Low-carbon economy say comes from a working paper, 2003 by the British government was later identified as an indicator of future economic development.At the same time, the low-carbon economy derived low-carbon trade barriers also influenced the economic development of our countrys foreign trade.In order to quickly adapt to the new barriers, ensure the smooth progress of foreign trade development in our country, the author of low carbon trade barriers in-depth study, in a variety of adverse search for various opportunities to our country foreign trade development, beat the barriers, actively improve the competitiveness of foreign trade development, lead to an improvement in Chinas foreign trade to achieve overall strength.
