Case teaching is a true simulation practice, teachers to train students to analyze and deal with practical problems at the core, so that students understand the idea of practical problems to solve any problems, how to solve, what theories and methods of application and propose a targeted policies and measures. In this paper, case teaching method in clinical teaching application reported below.
1 The role of case method
Traditional teaching, mostly teachers talk, students listen to, the information transmitted to students by teachers, subject teachers, students just simply accept the information. In the case of the teaching process, students actively participate in class discussions of cases and to play the main part role of teachers in the whole process is both the organizer, guide, and participants, teachers not only to choose a good teaching case, and also size up the situation in class discussions, make the best use, so that every student gets full play. Case Teaching the teachers put forward higher requirements, the teacher should have a strong response and ability to judge, both in a timely manner the process of teaching students to analyze and solve new problems discovered, but also to the students to be objective and analytical methods and conclusions of the scientific evaluation and guidance [1].
Medical education can not only focus on the accumulation of knowledge, we must also focus on capacity development. Case is the epitome of practical problems, it is to train students to analyze and solve problems to provide the capacity and the overall quality of a training place. It does this by showing some real typical case scenarios for students to enter the case, analysis, processing a wide range of issues, it shortens the distance between theory and practice to improve the students to handle and solve clinical problems.
