Abstract: According to the China Youth Research Center, The 2005 Chinese students studying and living conditions in the study of ‘Task Force to investigate and statistics show that: 41% of the students at vocational high schools because of the unsatisfactory results, 65% of the vocational high school students basic cultural knowledge is weak . This vulnerability affects their learning and innovation capabilities. But this does not mean that their low intelligence level and ability to innovate. For their innovative ability to be fully aware of their level and practical. In this paper, the creation of conditions to carry out interest groups, awareness of care issues, creative questions elaborated on several aspects such as vocational high school teachers how to motivate students in vocational high schools intrinsic motivation and cultivate innovation.
