0 Introduction Humanistic Education colleges and universities is a huge systematic project, involving all its aspects. The quality of education by many factors and constraints, different institutions in the implementation of Humanistic Education on the content and system, method and means , the effect and there are differences in the inspection. So, how to correct, reasonable, comprehensive assessment of the Humanistic Education for the implementation of institutions of higher learning, to improve the quality of education in the humanities project is an important issue.
An assessment of the Humanistic Education colleges and universities to implement the principles of attachment Humanistic Education in the evaluation process, due to the limitations and the main difference between the level of awareness, object and the surface of the object are hidden nature of the evaluator in order to make the right decision, reasonable and scientific evaluation does have considerable difficulty .
