Graduate Employment in China is difficult at this stage Analysis [Abstract] With institutions of higher learning in China since 1999, increased enrollment, as well as labor and employment pressure, today’s college students in employment issues facing great challenges. Employment of university students has become difficult for the general problems in our society. Therefore, how to take effective measures to solve these problems is particularly important and urgent. This article attempts to employment of college graduates in the analysis of the problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures. [Keywords:] measures the employment situation of university students With the 1999 introduction of college enrollment policy, each year the number of university graduates increases every year. According to statistics, in 1998 students in our colleges and universities a total size of 6.43 million people in 2001 to 12.14 million, while 2002 has reached 14 million people. In 2002 there were 1.45 million college graduates, compared with 2001, the total increase of 27 million people, an increase of 23%. In 2003 there were 2.12 million college graduates, compared with 2002, a total increase of 67 million people, an increase of 46%. Until recently, in 2008 the Ministry of Education are expected to be 5.5 million graduates, compared to 2003 the total number of 238 million, an increase of 159.43%.
