To state clearly the time and method of payment, by TT, D/P or LC. 2. To inform the reader that you are able or unable to accept the terms of payment, if not, state the reason and your proposal. 告知对方是否能够接受所提出的支付条件,如果不接受，说明不能接受的理由，并提出你的建议。 3. Try to persuade the offerer to accept your own terms 说服对方接受自己提出的条件。 三、Writing Guide 写作步骤 Step 1. State directly and clearly what goods you have ordered. （说清楚所要购买的商品） Step 2.
