Discussionandconclusions:Wereviewthediagnosticcriteriathathaveledtothecorrecthistopathological diagnosisinthiscase.Adifferentialdiagnosisofthepagetoidspreadintheskinandvariousformsofcutaneous metastasesdeterminedbyaprostaticadenocarcinomaaswellastheroleofimmunohistochemistryinestablishing theprostaticoriginarepresentedinthecontextofthiscase.Although,morphologicallythecellspresentedinthe skindepositswerenotcharacteristicforadenocarcinomaofprostate,immunohistochemistryforPSAandPSAP suggestedaprostaticorigin.
