髋臼中心定位器在人尸体髋臼的解剖学测量分析 中文摘要 目的：探讨应用髋臼中心定位器（acetabular center locator ACL ）测量髋臼前后切 迹连线中点至髋臼中心的距离，为人工全髋置换术 （total hip arthroplasty THA ） 术中定位髋臼中心，安放髋臼假体提供解剖学依据。 方法：1、选取20 具正常成年人骨盆标本（40 髋），剥离骨盆的软组织，显露出 髋臼缘、髋臼前后切迹和Harris 窝；2 、通过髋臼开口平面的垂直径和水平径的 交点确定髋臼的中心，并记录垂直径和水平径数值，再利用髋臼中心定位器测量 髋臼前后切迹连线中点至髋臼中心的距离（the midpoint of line connected with acetabular notehes to the acetabular center MAC ）；3、使用统计学软件对测得的实 验数据进行分析，论证它们之间的相关性。 结果：根据测量的MAC 分别与髋臼的垂直径、水平径、水平径与垂直径之和数 据绘制散点图，提示MAC 和髋臼水平径、垂直径、水平径与垂直径之和呈一定 的正性线性相关，进一步使用SPSS19.0 软件分别计算pearson 系数R=0.89 、0.81、 0.91，从pearson 线性分析可知相比于MAC 和垂直径或水平径，MAC 和髋臼水 平径与垂直径之和变量的相关系数更接近 1，更具有明显的正性线性相关。 结论：从pearson 线性分析提示MAC 和髋臼水平径与垂直径之和呈线性正性相 关性，提示可以通过测量髋臼水平径和垂直径的距离来得到MAC 的值，从而可 应用髋臼中心定位器可在THA 和翻修术中快速准确的确定髋臼中心，为正确安 放髋臼假体，恢复髋关节解剖旋转中心提供一种新的的方法。 关键词：髋臼中心；髋臼切迹；髋臼中心定位器；髋臼水平径；髋臼垂直径；解 剖学。 1 Anatomy analysis of using acetabulum center locator measure acetabulum of cadaver Abstract Objective: Disscuss a method about measure the distance between the midpoint of acetabular notch line connecting and the centre point of acetabular by acetabular center locator ACL.
