Abstract Object ：To study three kinds of domestic rapamycin drug-eluting stents: the commen rapamycin drug-eluting stent(Firebird2,shanghai),Biodegradable rapamycin drug-eluting stent(Excel, jiwei Shandong)and polymer-free rapamycin drug-eluting stent(Nano,lepu Beijing),on serum Secretory Phospholipase A2(sPLA2)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) levels after stents implantation . By comparing the inflammation after the three kinds of stent implantation,it’s expected to predict the differences of restenosis rate between the three kinds of stents, and discusses whether the application of carrier free stent is effective.
