　　高效液相色谱法测定五虎散中 羟基红花黄色素A的含量 【摘要】 目的建立复方制剂五虎散中红花有效成分的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Agilent C18(5 μm，250 mm×4.60 mm)色谱柱；以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水（33∶67）为流动相，流速为1 ml·min-1，检测波长为402 nm。结果羟基红花黄色素的线性范围分别为0.056 5～0.452 μg(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.15%， RSD为4.51%。结论该测定方法简便可行、重复性好，可用于该制剂中红花有效成分的含量测定。 【关键词】 五虎散； 羟基红花黄色素； 高效液相色谱 Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the method for determination of effective ponents in using follon , 250 mm×4.60 mm), okile phase, the flol·min-1, the detection .
