　　高效液相色谱法测定六味能消胶囊中蒽醌类成分的含量 【摘要】 　　目的 建立六味能消胶囊中蒽醌类成分的高效液相色谱法含量测定方法。方法色谱柱：Kromasil C18色谱柱 (250 mm×4.6mm，5 μm)；流动相：甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20)；流速：1.0 ml·min-1；检测波长：254 nm。结果芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚总含量为2%以上，平均回收率为100.28%，RSD=2.22%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确，可作为六味能消胶囊的质量控制方法。 【关键词】 高效液相色谱法 芦荟大黄素 黄酸 大黄素 大黄酚 大黄素甲醚 六味能消胶囊 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for determination of anthraquinones content in Naomaitong.
