The international trade is one of the first areas to experience it .With the increasing globalization of the world and in-depth, more and more products will be procured from outside the country .Thus the opportunities will be more attractive for the importers and exporters engaged in international trade ,one of the major reason to push this rapid development is the appearance of the internet and application of the e-commerce .In this transformation , the re-construction of the world market the deepen innovative ways of the international trade, every country will have a profound impact. E-commerce via electronic information network completing all kinds of business and trade activities ,financial activities and related activities in a way of the electronic information network data flow .It involves an exchange of information ,sale, payment , transportation and so on .E-commerce is the direct result of the internet technology.
