It presents various views on human suffering in Christian and Buddhist perspectives as well as psychological perspectives. In the first part many biblical references are used to justify or explain the meaning of why suffering exists in the world. It also describes that the spiritual value emerges not from the suffering, but from how we perceive the suffering in context to our lives. Therefore, a lot of modern solutions to human suffering are provided for people with different beliefs to choose.
