《XX地产质量目标标准》管理办法 《XX地产质量目标标准》管理办法提要：集团公司工程管理中心根据公司年度经营目标和开发计划，组织集团公司相关职能部门，依据《**地产质量目标标准 自 《XX地产质量目标标准》管理办法 1、目的： 为了加强对项目工程质量的管理，提高从业单位的质量意识。发挥从业单位在工程建设中控制工程质量的积极性。根据国家的相关法律、法规、技术标准规范、规程、合同文件、设计图纸等制定了本标准。 2、标准的适用范围： （1）本标准适用于**实业投资（杭州）有限公司所有项目。 （2）本标准适用于**实业投资（杭州）有限公司开发的商业产品，均必须强制参照执行。 3、标准的使用程序 集团公司工程管理中心根据公司年度经营目标和开发计划，组织集团公司相关职能部门，依据《**地产质量目标标准》，按照规定的要求，进行现场工程管理的质量检查与验收工作。 4、标准的检查监督 集团工程管理中心及相关主管、分管领导，在移动办公、蹲点检查、专项检查过程中，必须依照标准对项目公司的工程质量进行检查和处罚。 5、标准的调整 （1）项目公司、各级检查人员、集团公司相关部门在实际工作过程中如认为质量标准需要调整的，向集团工程管理中心提交工期标准调整申请（建议），并说明调整理由。 （2）集团公司工程管理中心组织相关部门对质量调整申请（建议）进行评估。 （3）如经评估，质量标准确实需要调整的，由集团公司工程管理中心调整施工质量目标标准，并由集团公司工程管理中心修正后发布。 （4）项目公司提出调整质量目标要求的，最低调整范围不得低于国家标准。 6、罚则 （1）集团公司工程管理中心未能依据《**地产质量目标标准》，进行现场工程管理的质量检查与验收工作，处罚集团公司工程管理中心负责人500元/次。 （2）项目公司未能按照本办法要求，依据《**地产质量目标标准》，进行现场施工与检查验收工作的，处罚项目公司总经理1000元/次，处罚工程部分管领导1000元/次，处罚工程部负责人500元/次。 （3）各级检查人员未能依据《**地产质量目标标准》进行检查的，处罚检查人500元/次。 7、附则 （1）本办法自发布之日起生效。 （2）本办法解释权在集团公司工程管理中心。 自 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
