《我们知道的磁铁》教学反思2 《我们知道的磁铁》教学反思2提要:加强对教学环节的整合,在环节的连贯性设计上多思考,多修改。反复钻研环节的设置和过度语言组织,力求自然和简洁 源自物管学堂 《我们知道的磁铁》教学反思2 由于本课题是交流分析观察课,所以课堂大多时间交还给孩子,带着记录表和要求学生们开始了交流,孩子们对磁铁的认知广,敢说敢做,课堂学生配合效果较好,多数小组能积极配合完成交流和发言任务。 课后反思认为全班交流的效果要凸显,教师个人对小组的发言要有预设和及时梳理,并呈现简洁板书。这对教师的要求是很高的,需要时间和课堂的积淀才能达成。并指出教师对生活中磁铁的举例可以尽可能出示实物。这也是我对课堂的预设不够,关于磁铁两极同性相斥,异性相吸的演示出现了小波折等。 看来今后的教学和课堂中,我要关注和改进以下几点: 1.加强对教学环节的整合,在环节的连贯性设计上多思考,多修改。反复钻研环节的设置和过度语言组织,力求自然和简洁。 2.加强对课堂的预设能力。课前充分考虑课堂可能出现的“不和谐”因素。做到有预案和教育机智,充分的把控课堂才能如鱼得水。 3.培养在教学实践中善于迅速总结学生的“语录”,梳理发言的能力。这也是教师个人魅力的体现。教师较强的分析操作能力也是高效课堂的重要体现。 源自物管学堂 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
