STEP ONE: COMPLETE AND SUBMIT ONLINE  OSU Graduate School Admissions Application online at gradapply.osu.edu  Statement of Intent (1-2 pages; Upload through the online application)  Resume or Curriculum Vitae (No more than 2 pages; Upload through the online application)  Example of research or written work (i.e. literature review, empirical study, term paper, or thesis. Design portfolios are not appropriate; Upload through the online application)  Ph.D. in CRP Application (download here and upload the document through the online application)  Three Letters of Recommendation. In the online application, you will be asked to include recommender names and email addresses. Please check the box to allow each recommender to use the online form. Submission instructions will be automatically sent to recommenders once the application is submitted. Online submissions are preferred.  Application Fee submitted online ($60 for US citizens or permanent residents; $70 for international applicants)  Official Graduate Record Examination (GRE) Scores (OSU reporting code: 1592) GRE scores are only required for applicants whose cumulative undergraduate GPA is below 3.0. Though not required, GRE scores are highly encouraged.
