子宫颈癌患者应用腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术治疗对临床疗效及预后影响 [摘要] 目的：以传统开腹手术为对照，比较分析子宫颈癌腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除术的治疗优势。方法：回顾性收集我院妇科2009年1月至2014年6月间收治并实施腹腔镜下子宫广泛性切除手术的子宫颈癌病例486例，纳入腹腔镜组，收集2005年1月至2008年12月间行开腹手术子宫切除的子宫颈癌病例280例，纳入对照组，比较两组治疗和并发症情况。结果：腹腔镜组患者手术时间显著长于对照组，术后肛门排气、留置尿管时间、自主下床活动时间和住院时间显著短于对照组（P0.01）；两组患者术中出血量比较无统计学差异（P0.05）。腹腔镜组患者发热和肠梗阻发生率极显著低于对照组（P0.01），下肢深静脉栓塞发生率显著低于对照组（P0.05），两组间尿瘘和输尿管狭窄发生率比较无统计学差异（P0.05）。结论：腹腔镜下子宫广泛切除术较开腹手术治疗子宫颈癌具有创伤小、术后胃肠道功能恢复快、下床时间早、住院时间短、并发症少等优势，适合于妇科临床广泛和长期开展。 [关键词] 子宫颈癌，腹腔镜，子宫广泛性切除术，疗效及预后 Laparoscopic uterine extensive resection surgery treatment of patients with cervical cancer and impact for clinical efficacy and prognosis [Abstract] Objective: In traditional open surgery to control, to compare and analyze the therapeutic advantage of laparoscopic uterine extensive resection surgery for cervical cancer. Methods: 486 cases of cervical cancer admitted and underwent extensive laparoscopic uterine surgery in our hospital gynecological department between January 2009 to June 2014 were retrospectively collected, were included in the laparoscopic group, 280 cases of cervical cancer underwent laparotomy hysterectomy surgery between January 2005 to December 2008 were collected , were included in the control group, treatment and complications of two groups were compared.
