Professional development of teachers and teachers Thinking of career planning Abstract: The teacher professional development has become a topic of concern to the education sector widely. Career development for teachers on how to decide the quality of life of teachers and quality of education, therefore, should be on the teaching profession as a whole should be examined. The promotion of teachers at all stages of their careers in the professional development of teachers at different levels conducive to the growth and development. Teachers, career planning can promote the professional development of teachers. Keywords: teacher; professional development; Career Planning Teacher Professional Development The concept of professional development of teachers of Western scholars ‘professional development of teachers’ basic understanding of the concept of two kinds: first, the process of professional growth of teachers, and second, the process of promoting professional growth of teachers (teacher education). Professional development for teachers can have two kinds of understanding, one is ‘teacher professional development’, another is ‘teacher professional development’. The former is understood as teachers engaged in professional development career as a historical process, which was understood by non-professionals, for teachers to become professionals in the process. The so-called professional development of teachers refers to the professional growth of teachers or teachers within the professional structure of continuously updated and enriched the process of evolution.
