开泰房地产公司考勤制度 开泰房地产公司考勤制度作者：佚名 时间：2017-8-2 浏览量： 第一章总则 第一条依据《中华人民共和国劳动法》规定,结合现代企业制度,为考察员工出勤率,工时利用率,完成经营计划,特制定本制度。 第二章考勤 第二条考勤是考核员工出勤,工时利用、劳动纪律以及支付薪酬的依据,又是企业开展正常工作和保障工作秩序的重要保证。 第三条企业依现行国家规定的劳动者每日工作时间不超过8小时,每周工作时间不超过40小时的工时制度。遇国家关于工作时间作调整时从其规定。 第四条考勤采用打卡制或签到制。目前各部门均采用签到制。签到表由各部门考勤员统计核实,部门保存,人力资源部不定期检查,月末各部交考勤汇总表至人力资源部。 第五条员工应自觉遵守考勤制度不迟到、早退、旷职。 迟到.未按照企业规定工作起始时间到达工作岗位上的行为。 、迟到不超过半小时者,一次扣薪资20元; 2、迟到半小时不足一小时者,一次扣薪资50元; 3、迟到超过一小时以上者,视同事假一天。 早退.未到企业规定工作结束时间提前擅自离岗的行为。 早退一次视同事假一天。 旷职.未经请假或假满未续假而擅自不到岗的行为。 旷工每满一天视为旷工一次,并按照《薪酬制度》和《员工奖惩制度》有关条款执行。 第三章请假 第六条员工无论拟休何种假别,必须提前请假,办理书面《请假单》, 休假审批案《休假制度》有关条款执行。 、病假.员工请病假需凭市、区级医院诊断证明。公司认为必要时可以要求员工提供病历。 2、公假.员工应提供有效证明并经部门经理批准。 第七条连续15天以上病假者或非因工负伤医疗期满,员工要求上班者,须经原诊断医院出具证明,并经一周适应期后,经公司同意方能上岗。 第八条本制度由人力资源部负责解释 第九条本制度自公布之日起生效执行 北京开泰房地产开发经营有限责任公司 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
