房地产销售处主管的岗位职责提要:坚持“顾客至上、科学管理”的宗旨,树立良好的企业形象,创造良好的推销环境,充分调动各员工的积极性
房地产销售处主管的岗位职责
1、主持售楼处日常工作,沟通上下级及售楼处与其他部门的关系。
2、坚持“顾客至上、科学管理”的宗旨,树立良好的企业形象,创造良好的推销环境,充分调动各员工的积极性,并保持团结协作、优质高效的工作气氛。
3、根据营销部经理发展规划和市场预测,拟订销售推广计划,报请公司领导审核。
4、代理企业法人签定合同,审核其他售楼员签定合同的有效性。
5、负责落实楼款的回收工作。
6、做好售后服务工作,反馈楼盘质量信息,并努力同新老客户保持良好关系,建立客户档案,以便从老客户处寻找新客户。
7、负责组织售楼人员及时总结交流营销经验,加强业务修养,不断提高业务水平。
8、每周、每月底应做好本周、月总结和下周、月工作计划报上一级。
