1.按时交接班,班长应提前15-20分钟集合,对本班人员检查着装,提出具体要求。
2.接班人员应提前10分钟到达岗位,接班人员未到达前,当班人员不能离岗,否则由此产生的一切后果由交班人负责。
3.接班人要详细了解上一班执勤情况和本班应注意的事项,应做到三明:”上班情况明、本班接班事项明、物品清点明”。
4.交接人在下班前30分钟填好值班记录应做到四清:”本班情况清、交接问题清、物品器械清、值班室及岗亭卫生清”。
5.当班人员发现问题要及时处理,不能交给下一班的事情,要继续在岗处理完,接班人协助完成。交班人确实不能完成的,交接双方必须当面说明并报告班长协调处理。
6.交班人下班离岗后,接班人才发现属于上一班问题,应在15分钟内立即报告班长或队长正确处理。
7.交接班时要做好详细记录并签名。
