社会主义新农村建设中环境保护对策研究 摘要 “十一五”到2020年是我国实现全面小康社会的关键时期，也是农村现代化进程最快的时期，农村环境问题必将成为未来全国性的环境问题。党中央提出的“生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好”可持续发展要求与建设“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”社会主义新农村的战略决策，要求我们必须关注农村环境问题，以更好地促进新农村建设。 在建设社会主义新农村的过程中，一些地区因种种因素制约，环境污染有恶化倾向，不仅影响群众的身体健康，而且破坏新农村的和谐发展，必须引起高度重视，在追求经济发展、村镇建设的同时，应更加注重环境保护工作。 本文通过识别全国新农村建设中普遍存在的主要环境问题，在分析产生农村环境问题的主要原因的基础上，根据农村发展实际情况，预测未来环境污染情况，提出新农村建设中环境保护的对策。再根据山西省交城县具体的自然、经济、环境等特征，分析山西省交城县社会主义新农村建设过程中出现的环境污染问题，原因及找到解决环境问题的对策。 关键词：社会主义新农村建设；环境问题；环境保护 A Study of Environmental Protection Countermeasures in the Construction of Socialist New Countryside Abstract The Eleventh Five-year Plan to 2020 is our country crucial phase when we will realize the Overall Well-off Society, also will be the quickest time of the countryside modernization process, the rural environment questions will become the nationwide main environment question in the future. The Party Central Committee puts forward the sustainable development to request: “the production development, the rich life, the good ecology” and constructs “the production developed, the life ample, the local custom civilized, the village accommodate, the management democratic” strategic decision of the new socialist countryside, requesting us to pay more attention to the rural environment question in order to promotes New Countryside Construction. During the process of building socialism new countrysides, some areas has the worsened tendency of the environmental pollution because of all sorts of factor restriction, not only affects populaces health, but also destroys the harmonious development of the new countryside construction, we must pay highly attention to this question, when pursue economic development and rural construction, we must pay great attention to the environmental protection.
