Physical activities and intellectual pursuits are two basic ways in which we spent our leisure time. Some people are fond of physical activities in their spare time, while others like intellectual activities better. There are many people enjoy both activities. Physical recreation affords us the opportunities to strengthen our bodies. These activities range from participating in hard sports such as playing basketball, football or tennis to slow paced events like jogging. Physical pastimes provide welcome necessary breaks for our busy life, and alert us to our physical condition. Besides physical recreation we have intellectual activities.
