南方医科大学本科专业教学大纲 中医儿科学 Pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine 五年制中西医结合本科 执笔人：徐正莉 审定人：徐正莉 陈爱兰 学院负责人： 南方医科大学教务处 二00六年十二月 课程编号：B020049 一、课程简介 中医儿科学是一门中医临床学科，它以中医学基本理论为指导，中药、针灸、推拿等中国传统疗法为手段，以儿童为研究对象。适用于中西医结合本科教学。它与中医学的各门基础和临床学科有着广泛而密切的联系，但也具有鲜明的学科特色。本门课程的教学，要求掌握中医儿科学的基本理论和基本知识，学会儿科临床基本操作技能；学习小儿生长发育、生理病理、保健预防、疾病诊治的系统知识。教学大纲的内容分为两大部份：总论包括儿科学基础、儿童保健；各论包括新生儿病、肺系病证、脾系病证、心肝病证、肾系病证、传染病、寄生虫病、其他疾病。 4分，学时共36学时，即课堂讲授32学时，临床见习4学时。除由教师讲授，还充分运用CAI课件、录像、幻灯、图表等多种手段，自学、讨论等多种形式教学。 Pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a clinical discipline to deal with pediatrics disease by TCM elementary and treatment based on Chinese traditional therapy such as Chinese native medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage and so on. The curriculum research object is Child. This program of instruction suits to the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine undergraduate course. It has widespread and the close relation with the TCM foundation and the clinical discipline, but also has distinct discipline characteristic. The curriculum purpose is to teach Pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine elementary theory and clinical operation skill, as well as the systematical knowledge of child growth, the physiological pathology, the health care prevention, the disease diagnoses and therapy. In pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine, there are two parts: general discussion and systematic considerations, general discussion including department of pediatrics study foundation and child care; systematic considerations including Disease of the newborn, Disease of the Lung System, Disease of the Spleen System, Disease of the Heart and Liver System, Disease of the Kidney System, the infectious disease, the parasitic disease and other diseases. 4 credits will be available via the completion of 32-class-hour lectures and 4-class-hour practices. Many kinds of methods are utilized fully such as the CAI class, the video recording, the slide show, the graph and so on. 二、教学内
