Mining in English Teaching ‘interest points’ to stimulate students interest in learning English
The new curriculum ideas embodied in the student’s lifelong development-oriented, with a new concept of eco-courses refresh traditional teaching philosophy, which all-round development of students as the goal, attention to student learning results and the process of a student’s emotional attitude and values, together with the knowledge and skills, processes and methods into the curriculum in conjunction target system. The new curriculum standards from the values that great changes have taken place, from elite education into public education, from students to develop subject knowledge-based trend-based, which requires us to course materials as a new front-line workers, to change our old ideas and traditions teaching methods, and the students progress, grow together, completely put aside the old concepts, to re-look at our classroom teaching.
As we all know, interest is the best teacher, if a student had already started to learn English are not interested in, and then do not take to the skies as if the birds had shorter wings folded like a very sad and can only ‘look empty disappointed ‘any more. Therefore, the teaching process of our first task is to stimulate their interest in learning English, the author teaching practice in the education process, especially in the new curriculum reform, the good situation, and always put students on the subjects of English interest in the first place . Therefore, in the process of teaching I try to start from the interest to promote the generation of motivation, students learning initiative, the use of science and classroom evaluation tools, enabling them to gradually build the confidence to learn and strive to achieve harmony and unity of teaching and learning
