Teacher as a “missionary, Tuition, FAQ” special employment, social work ethic of its higher demands. Colleges and universities train specialized personnel as important gardens, its morality is even more eye-catching building. In recent years, the issue of morality on a large number of colleges and universities, mainly in four aspects, namely, the connotation of morality and norms, morality construction of the status quo, strengthen the building of the meaning of morality and strengthening the morality building measures, etc. [ 1]. But there are still some problems, which teachers and students about the investigation was not thorough enough. Therefore, we the teachers of Guangdong Province carried out a survey, from the perspective of university teachers to understand the real situation in colleges and universities morality and morality construction problems.
